Proud to have served over 700 people in just the Tampa Bay Area alone, Scarlett specializes in wispy lash sets and 3D microblading and has a passion for aesthetics.

 

Originally from NYC, Scarlett now offers lash training to those interested in getting into the beauty industry. With over 5 years of experience, she is passionate and committed to providing the highest quality of services to her clients.
